Passionate individuals who love animals have the opportunity to obtain their Certified Veterinary Assistant (CVA) certificate here at Emerald Vet. Over the past 5 years, the Emerald Vet team has trained 21 interns who have successfully "graduated" and earned their CVA certification! Veterinary assistants at our clinic are educated in the essential skills needed to be effective team members, including reception duties, animal care and assistance, and medication refills.
